Our Process

   Joint raking — deteriorated mortar is removed by grinder or hand tool to the correct depth

   Cleaning — joints are cleaned of dust and debris before new mortar is applied

   Mortar mixing — we mix to match the existing colour and hardness as closely as possible

   Packing — new mortar is pressed firmly into joints in thin layers

   Tooling — joints are finished to match the existing profile (concave, flush, raked, etc.)
